Dominos Farms

Beckett & Raeder, Inc. provided comprehensive Landscape Architecture, Planning and Civil Engineering services for the selection, analysis and ultimate development of a 300 acre rural site to accommodate a modern, state of the art World Headquarters for Domino's Pizza, Inc.

The Master Plan for the corporate office complex consists of two primary building zones; a low-rise building called "Prairie House" containing 800,000 square feet of floor area and a fifty story office tower. To date, the Prairie House has been constructed along with site amenities including construction of parking lots, sidewalks, screening walls, directional and circulation signage, landscaping and parking lot / pedestrian lighting. The lake has been developed with state of the art storm water management techniques and serves as an orientation feature for the site. Storm water management maximizes the use of green infrastructure, cleansing and cooling the water even before it reaches the detention/retention areas.

The land development principles integrate preservation of farm land, grazing fields, drainage courses and woodlands with the development of office space resulting in a unique setting and image for the corporate facility.

Beckett and Raeder provided land planning, site engineering and landscape architectural services for the project.
