Michigan's Rising Tide Program featured in The Review

The Michigan Municipal League has featured the great work of the statewide Rising Tide program in its current issue of The Review (article starts on page 6). The BRI-led team offered technical assistance to ten at-risk communities across the state, providing them with the tools to design and build a successful economic development framework.
